PERP X — Server Rules

General Rules

  1. Playing on the server means you have read and understood the rules. “I didn’t know” is not an excuse. Use /report if you need clarification.
  2. Harassment of any member = ban.
  3. No loopholes or gray areas.
  4. Hacking, cheating, exploiting = permanent ban.
  5. No spamming in voice or text chat.
  6. No arguing in OOC.
  7. No drama or trolling.
  8. Malicious OOC behavior = ban.
  9. No racism in OOC. Limited IC allowed if properly roleplayed. (Hard R/Nazi = ban)
  10. Use /report for issues, not OOC.
  11. No promoting other communities.
  12. Use common sense.
  13. Staff may use discretion if behavior goes too far.
Mugging

  1. You must announce mugging in /yell. Example: 
    /y This is a mugging 2k or die!

  2. 15-minute cooldown between muggings. Cannot mug the same player twice in a row.
  3. Raids ignore mug timer (all raiders must be alive & present).
  4. Maximum mug = $2,500.
Roleplay

  1. Overhead names can only be used if characters have met IC. NLR applies after death.
  2. Value your life; don’t throw it away unrealistically.
  3. No RDM.
  4. No FailRP / MingeRP.
  5. No breaking NLR.
  6. No Powergaming.
  7. No Physgun abuse (prop push/surf/fly/trap).
  8. No intentional CDM. Pedestrians must look both ways.
  9. /advert is for shops/sales only. Mayor/Chief may use /broadcast.
  10. No SexRP.
  11. No crafting in the General Store.
  12. No basing/building in public or unowned property.
  13. No growing in public or unowned property.
  14. Don’t kill Fire/EMS while doing jobs.
  15. Don’t abuse EMS/Fire for org benefits.
  16. No Metagaming.
  17. No robbing/killing players who just spawned.
  18. No Molotovs in Government Center.
  19. Don’t target/harass the same player repeatedly.
  20. Don’t break RP mid-scene. Use /report or /LOOC.
  21. Follow FearRP when restrained/arrested/hostage.
  22. Must have a valid RP reason to assassinate the Mayor.
  23. Stolen vehicles = max 45 min hold. Must chop, destroy, or release.
  24. Use common sense—act like it’s real life.
Weapons

  1. All weapons are illegal unless the Mayor legalizes them.
  2. No Molotovs in General Store or Government Center.
  3. No random punching (“punch whore”).

  1. Drive realistically and follow traffic laws.
  2. No CDM.
General Job Rules

  1. Follow job-specific rules.
  2. Always obey traffic laws.
  3. Max jail = 10 minutes.
  4. Gov officials cannot work with orgs while on duty.
  5. NLR applies (except if recalled).
  6. Police may pit only if shot at or car is used as weapon.
  7. Don’t abuse sirens/lights.
  8. Bribes allowed (max $2,000), but no corruption.
  9. Must respond to service calls if available.
  10. Don’t carry weapons without RP reason.
  11. Gov officials cannot finish off players. Call Medic.
