How long have you been playing on our PERP server?: 2 Hours
How familiar are you with the PERP gamemode in general?: Very Famillar
Why do you want to join the Staff team?: I've been apart of previous PERP community's like -vG- where i worked my way up from trial admin to community director so i would love to come back to PERP and help admin the server again and recruiting old players to come play again
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: Yes i have admin experience from -vG- GTA PERP I was an trial admin in 2014 got super admin in 2015 then 2016 i was the server manager in 2017 until -vG- died in late 2017 So i went to Hell zone PERP and from 2017 to 2021 i worked my way to Super Admin and Server manager so i'm well experienced with how the PERP admin system works
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: I should great Leadership skills work great with others i can train the staff members with the training guide as i helped write it for original -vG- i'm very active and know all the rules I Follow the warn kick kick ban system to give players a chance and explain the rules that where broken
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: 10 Hours
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: Yes
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: I would handle it with looking at the logs seeing what happened first at looking at logs timestamp and seeing who killed the player first and ask them what happened hear both sides of the story look over the admin damage system to know what happened and ask the player to not lie over him accusing him for rdm because he/she got reported for rdm.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: I would record it and send it to the proper chain of command as admin abuse is not tolerated at all so i would confront the admin and explain that this isn't okay
Do you understand that as Staff, you are expected to act maturely and professionally both in-game and on Discord?: Yes
