How long have you been playing on our PERP server?: 22 hours
How familiar are you with the PERP gamemode in general?: pretty familiar
Why do you want to join the Staff team?: i want to get deeper into the community and help make perp the best it can be.
What prior staffing or moderation experience do you have?: i was admin for the vg perp server for a short time but did not hop on as frequently as i do currently. i have more experience irl and am continuing that path in my current work field as well as previous ones.
What traits or skills do you have that would benefit the Staff team?: ive managed others to create a fun and smooth environment that people wanted to come to rather than just 'dealing' with it.
How active can you be weekly (days/ hours)?: 10-15
Do you have a working microphone, and are you comfortable using your voice during sits?: yes
How would you handle a sit involving two players accusing each other of RDM?: split them up, take stories from each, ask for physical proof in terms of clips they might have and find discrepencies from either side and go from there.
What would you do if you witnessed another Staff member abusing their powers?: go to a higher up whether it be a leader or owner in some way.
Do you understand that as Staff, you are expected to act maturely and professionally both in-game and on Discord?: Yes
Is there anything else you'd like to add? Any final notes?: plz accept id like to be apart of the inner circle and make some content involving the Perp server whilst advertising it at the same time.
